Our Story

Maintenance built on
trust and care

Owner's Choice Maintenance, LLC was founded in 2023 with a simple idea: treat property owners the way you would want to be treated. Our founder had firsthand experience as an investor on Hatteras Island. After feeling let down by a property management company, he decided to build something better from the ground up.

That personal frustration became a clear mission. We are here to build trustworthy relationships with owners and property managers while joyfully maintaining their homes. Every call we take and every job we complete is guided by the golden rule.
